AG_RTG-PRO

This repository hosts datasets generated by doctoral researchers and project members of the RTG-Pro Research Training Group (GRK 2719). It includes raw and processed data related to proteolysis, proteomics, sequencing, and computational analyses. The archive is maintained by the BioIT team to support structured data management, collaborative research, and reproducible data workflows within the RTG-Pro network.
